Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused packaging materials in their original shipping boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the package.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger bulk pallet returns.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned inventory, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply a store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
